In Romanian: Rasol de carne de vaca cu smantana si mustar
Ingredients[]
- 2 lbs / 1 kg boiled beef
- 1 – 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- salt
Directions[]
- Cut the cold meat in bite sizes, place on a platter and cover with the following sauce: mix the mustard with the vinegar, sugar and salt.
- Add sour cream and mix well.
