  • butter to grease the pan

  1. Mix the cheese with the eggs and salt.
  2. Cut the strudel dough into pieces the size of the baking pan.
  3. Arrange 6 – 7 strudel leaves into the greased pan.
  4. Grease each and every leaf.
  5. Then put the cottage cheese in a uniform layer.
  6. Place another 6 – 7 individually greased strudel leaves on top.
  7. Bake until golden brown.
  8. Cut into squares while still in the pan.
