Ingredients[]
- 2 lbs/1 kg green beans
- 2 tablespoons butter
- salt,
- Cream of Wheat Croquettes
Directions[]
- Clean, wash and boil the beans in salt water.
- Melt the butter in a pan, add the drained beans and the salt and shake the pan a few times so that the beans are mixed with the butter.
- Serve hot with Cream of Wheat Croquettes or French Toast.
