Fried Bologna

Description

In Romanian: Parizer prajit

Ingredients

• 12 slices bologna
• 2 tablespoons lard

Directions

1. Skin the bologna slices and fry them on both sides in hot lard.
2. Serve with boiled or fried potatoes.
3. Pour the lard used for frying the bologna over the potatoes.
