- 6 - 7 kohlrabi bulbs
- 2 tablespoons butter or lard
- 1 onion
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons flour
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon mixed chopped dill and parsley
- salt

- Prepare like the Celery Root Dish.
- Just add ½ teaspoon sugar and replace the celery leaves with dill and parsley.
