In Romanian: Omleta cu smantana
Ingredients[]
For one person:
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- ½ teaspoon butter or lard
- salt
Directions[]
- Break the eggs into a bowl, beat until foamy, mix the sour cream and salt and then pour in the hot buttered pan.
- Fry at low temperature, and after the bottom has started to brown a little, turn onto the other side and let it brown too.
- When it is ready, roll like a jelly roll and place onto the plate.
- Serve immediately.
