  1. Put the peas and peeled, seeded and sliced tomatoes in a pan with oil.
  2. salt and simmer, covered, shaking the pan every now and then.
  3. Add 1 – 2 tablespoons of water when needed.
  4. When the peas are done, add the chopped dill and parsley and simmer a few more minutes.
  5. Serve hot or cold.
