MITITEI (Sausage Rolls)

  • ½ lb. ground beef
* ½ lb. ground lean pork * 1 clove garlic, crushed with a little salt * ½ tsp. baking soda * 3 tbsp. boiling water * ¼ tsp. thyme * Salt and pepper * Paprika * 1 slice bread moistened with little water

Directions Edit

Add crushed garlic to boiling water, allow to stand about 5 minutes, then strain, Mix thoroughly together all other ingredients, add the hot water. Mixture must be soft enough to shape little sausages. Prepare about an hour before shaping into small sausages. Broil on well greased broiler, serve with fried potatoes or other cooked vegetables.
