Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

For one person:

• 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 1 teaspoon butter or lard
• salt

Directions

1. Beat the eggs until foamy, mix with the milk and salt and pour into the hot butter or lard in the pan.
2. Keep stirring lightly with the fork.
3. Do not over-fry.
4. Serve immediately.
