- ⅔ oz / 20 g ammonia powder
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ cup milk

- ½ cup milk
- 7 oz / 200 g sugar
- 3 oz / 80 g flour
- 7 oz / 200 g butter
- almond essence

- Make a dough from the ingredients given, let rest for ½ hour.
- Then divide the dough into 3 equal parts.
- Roll each into a sheet and bake separately into a greased and dusted pan.
